As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking to grow our Australian Sales & Customer Success Team. The successful candidate will focus on both generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts across our diverse client portfolio, delivering outcomes aligned with emerging customer needs.
WYWM primarily operates remotely, with an office located in Sydney. We welcome candidates from the Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide regions who are interested in remote/hybrid work to apply.
The role
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the successful candidate will:
- Build and maintain relationships and networks across multiple sectors
- Self-generate and nurture a pipeline of new sales opportunities with customers aligned to our vision and strategy
- Actively drive growth in our existing customer portfolio
- Nurture customers through the sales funnel
- Manage the commercial outcomes of accounts, with support from the broader business
- Close sales opportunities
- Act as a liaison between WYWM and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Prior experience with skills-based recruitment and strategic account management / enterprise solutions
- Demonstrable skills in end-to-end sales and a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Client centric approach to engagement and consultation, including the ability to develop strong long-term customer relationships and service delivery
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to streamline sales processes, track customer interactions, and manage accounts effectively.
- Willingness to continually network, build new relationships and represent WYWM at key industry events nationally.
- Proficient in utilising CRM software to meticulously track and manage sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, and maintenance of customer data.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging CRM tools to enhance sales efficiency and drive strategic decision-making.
