We are seeking a goal-oriented, energetic and client focused Business Development Manager to join our Property Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new rental business opportunities via lead generating activities
- Work with the sales team to convert investment property buyers into UpHill clients
- Conduct rental market appraisals on potential rental properties
- Complete relevant documentation and arrange advertising.
- Develop new referral relationships through your own prospecting, contacts and community engagements.
- Maintain relationships and actively network to grow the rent roll
- Nurture relationships at every step in the journey whilst providing a gold standard customer experience
Your Role
- Work within a strong Property Management team with established procedures and experienced staff
- Contribute to the #1 sales team in Clyde North to maintain client relationships and transition investors across to the rental department
- Actively prospect for new business leads
- Maintain a pipeline of potential new business leads and keep the CRM up to date
- Appraise and sign-up properties for lease
- Advertise properties for lease
- Keep owners updated throughout the leasing process whilst providing recommendations to owners to reduce vacancy periods
Key Requirements
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate/ Certificate 4 in Real Estate Practice
- Proven record of success as a BDM, as a Sales Associate/Agent or a Property Manager with great Business Development skills or qualities
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team environment
- KPI and results driven
- Energetic and positive with a fun and friendly nature
- Professional presentation
- Driver’s License
Knowledge of PropertyMe, Inspection Express, Ignite and Eagle CRM would be a benefit although training will be provided to the successful applicant.
