Daisy's Garden Supplies is seeking a Commercial Sales Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in our commercial trade segment. This role is pivotal in supporting our 9 trade stores and expanding our reach within the commercial sector, working closely with Civil and Turf Contractors to provide them with our premium range of structural soils, turf sands, wash concrete sands, and landscape products.

The Daisy’s team includes approximately 190 people, working across 9 stores and 6 production sites, from Pakenham to Torquay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to cultivate and maintain relationships with trade and commercial customers.
- Collaborate with different divisions within the business to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
- Conduct CRM activities to track customer interactions and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver quotations to potential and existing clients.
- Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work effectively with various departments and teams within the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in the landscaping or construction industry is advantageous but not required.
