About The Role
Due to growth, Scope has exciting and unique opportunities for Business Development Managers to work within our Acquisition and Retention Division.
The purpose of the Business Development Manager is to undertake and drive client acquisition strategies aligning to Scopes strategic intent of business growth.
There are three opportunities focusing on the following geographical areas:
1. South East Melbourne
2. East Melbourne
3. Geelong and Regional locations
About You
We are looking for people who have a natural ability to connect with others and have experience in a sales environment.
- You will be able to work independently, develop and execute community engagement plans.
- Utilise CRM systems effectively.
- Communicate with a range of different stakeholders from the community up to Executive level.
- Ability to identify business growth opportunities through market analysis.
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic professional business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in Disability, Human Services, Business or on the job practical experience within a similar field.
- Current Victoria Driver's Licence is required for the elements of travel required for this role.
