Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at potential client organizations.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ServiceNow, including key partners, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Self-Motivation: Highly driven and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
