One of NSW fastest growing residential builders / developers is currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manger to foster their existing channel partners whilst also expanding on this network with the combined goal of selling a variety of residential house & land packages.
You will be working with a supportive administration and marketing team and reporting to a highly regarded & enthusiastic Sales Manager who will provide you with all the tools necessary to enable you to succeed in this demanding yet highly rewarding position.
This role will see you working YOUR hours from your location of choice, with the option to work from the office or any home displays, whilst also being on the road and meeting with your network. Your flexibility be a reflection of YOUR results and what you bring to the table!
This role will see you;
- Develop proactive relationships with channel partners such as brokers, real estate agents, investors, etc
- Managing the negotiations of sales of house & land packages through these channels
- Create brand awareness and brand development in the market place
- Client reporting and plan presentation and tender preparation
For success in this role, you will bring with you;
- A strong track record in new home sales
- An existing network across the residential industry in Sydney & NSW
- Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales
- Ability to build great relationships with local agents
- A high level of drive and motivation to succeed
- Strong English skills both written & verbal
The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package upwards of $60-80k base salary + super + comms.
This is a fully flexible role based on your own outcomes.
