With brand support, a passionate leadership team and technical staff to support you with new machine deliveries you have the best operation team within the industry. They have staff that have been with the business for over 30 years so you will work with an operation that runs like a smooth engine. With a new Branch in Bathurst and huge investment from head office in Sydney we are now on the lookout for a high performing BDM that can secure and look to build market share within the region. Machine Numbers is the winning result, and you have the entire backing from the business to create a winning result. 

Job Opportunity – 

This equipment sells itself as they have the number 1 market share, so what this role is all about its relationships with the local business markets throughout Central NSW. You will be calling on a wide variety of markets from Construction, Civil, Council, Tradies, landscape gardeners, Farmers, Wineries, golf courses, builders and the list goes on. You will need to be able to demonstrate the equipment and sell up the advantages of why customers should buy from you. Is key that you’re also looking to build this relationships and show the technical support and parts supply as the new branch is located in the Bathurst area. 

The role itself needs to be 100% self-managed and you’re going to be left alone to get the job done, cold calling, account management, upselling and pricing and quoting jobs is a daily job. You need to able to operate and provide detailed delivery through excellent customer service and work through referrals and industry leads. You need to manage your territory and show that you know how sales are done. The other sales professionals in the team all come from within Machinery Sales either Agg or construction and we would like to attract someone similar. 

You will have the following machines to sell –

  • Excavators 
  • Track Loaders
  • Skid Steers
  • Wheel Loaders
  • Tractors
  • Implements / mowers / cultivation / seeding / bailers 
  • Commercial mowers
  • Earthmoving attachments 
  • Demolition Equipment 
  • ATV & Side By sides 
  • Generators 

Candidate requirements –

  • 3 + Yrs in selling Construction or Agg machinery
  • Key relationships within the above markets 
  • If you come from Diesel technician background and have moved into sales this would also be a massive advantage.
  • Excellent communication and strong external Sales experience.
  • You will also need to be very strong at territory management and planning your areas
  • Team player 

Salary Package – 

On offer is lucrative earning potential with other reps in other offices clearing over $200k, you will also be put through product training on each machine and have Sales manager that can guide and support you through a technical issue. 

  • Base Salary - $80,000 
  • Superannuation – 11%
  • Company 4WD 
  • Phone & laptop 
  • Company Credit Card 
  • Uncapped Coms - $100,000 +
