The EMAC Systembuilt Group of Companies is a national manufacturer of quality, lightweight, transportable Homes to suit any location, as well as switch rooms, and transportable commercial buildings that are ideal for mining and drilling camps, and commercial offices.
We a seeking a Business Development Manager to guide and build sales across our residential Systembuilt Homes range and commercial EMAC modular range from our Cambridge facilities located east of Hobart, Tasmania.
Position Overview
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving sales growth across our Systembuilt Homes and EMAC modular divisions.
- Maintaining and developing improved business policies and procedures.
- Providing effective and professional communications with both residential and commercial clients throughout the process: from estimating to completion.
- Administering approvals from relevant authorities.
- Reporting on sales and financial related matters when required.
Qualifications and Experience
Whilst an applicant with a background in the commercial and/or residential building industries would be an advantage, we are interested in hearing from any applicant who would satisfy the requirements.
- Tertiary qualification(s), ideally in a business-related discipline.
- Positive track record in sales and business administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work autonomously with good time a priority management whilst also with a larger team.
- Business financial understanding.
- Strong communication and negotiating skill, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
