Signcraft was established in 1971 and has grown to become one of Australia's largest signage companies. With a new Perth office, based north of the river, Signcraft is now looking for a new Business Development Superstar to join the team.
As a national signage business specialising in end-to-end brand implementation, Signcraft partners with businesses to create a brand presence through static and digital signage. Tasks & responsibilities- Build customer loyalty by forging new relationships and investing heavily into existing relationships to build stronger, unwavering partnerships
- Establishing a solid pipeline of up-and-coming works
- Scheduling visits with regular & prospective businesses
- Quoting and negotiating prices and credit terms, completing contracts, and recording orders
- Documenting knowledge of employers' and competitors' goods and services, and market conditions
- Completing quote administrative tasks in a detailed manner with accuracy and efficiency
- Deconstructing project scope of works, conducting contract reviews, submitting detailed briefings, and coordinating sales to project handovers
- Monitoring customers' changing needs and competitor activity, then compiling and reporting all developments to the State Manager
- Manage ERP Data
- Represent Signcraft in a professional manner in written, verbal, and face-to-face settings
- Previous experience working on signage, construction, transport, or infrastructure projects, alternatively, experience working in signage, manufacturing or installation
- Diploma in Business or Management or 2 - 3 years experience in a BDM or Account Management role
- Capable of creating strategies to attract new business opportunities successfully
- Experience in managing tender and contract administration or dealing with technical specifications
- Excellent communication, time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proficiency using CRMs and the Microsoft Suite of products including, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, MS projects etc.
- A strong desire to learn the industry and technical elements of signage (manufacturing and installation)
- Able to multi-task, work autonomously as well as being a team player with a can-do attitude
- Proven capability of achieving personal targets, team results and company objectives
- Knowledge of building codes and legislation (desirable). Driver's license and own transportation.
