Engineering Trades Australia (ETA) are offering an opportunity to work with a dynamic, growing company and work with leadership who spent 15 years each working with multiple blue-chip recruitment companies and have since launched their own business free of the restraints and head office driven KPIs that too many recruiters have become used too.
ETA specialise in blue-collar trades for workshops, fixed plant, mobile plant, fabrication, shutdowns and on-going maintenance and work with both local and FIFO work.
Your New Role
As part of an exciting time in the development of the company a position is currently available for a Sales and Marketing Manager that is looking to take their next step, to play a key role in the growth of the company's fixed plant trades division within our established business.
The key responsibilities of the position will include planning, organising and coordinating the sales activities for the fixed plant team. This will involve sales activities to new clients to encourage them to outsource labour hire to Engineering Trades Australia and marketing of opportunities to our candidate base.
Sales and Marketing to clients will include
- Preparing advertising material
- EDM’s
- Cold calls to clients
- Maintaining marketing lists
- Site Visits
- Working with other divisions across the business to target clients and assisting with cross-collaboration
- Responsible for individual and team financial performance
Sales and Marketing to candidates will include
- Writing advertising
- Posting advertising on various platforms including social media
- Preparing candidate attraction strategies.
- EDM’s
- Cold calls to candidates
- Maintaining marketing lists
- Minimum 6 months experience in a blue-collar recruitment agency environment to enable you to sell the product
- 3 years sales experience in business to business sales.
- Previous experience in each of the tasks above will be highly desirable
- Excellent written and spoken English, completion of high school or tertiary qualifications done in English are desirable.
- Strong market knowledge of the WA Mining Industry, ideally you will have an existing network
- Strong Business Development and time management skills
- Proven track record of high performance as an individual
- Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen and place a high focus on safety & compliance
