I am seeking a Melbourne-based Business Development Manager in workers compensation to join our global insurance client.
In your new role, you will be responsible for the following:
- Maintaining current sales pipelines and pursuing new and existing business opportunities.
- Set new business potential in direct collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Generates ideas and initiatives that capitalize on existing and prospective partner strengths to drive additional sales to the portfolio.
- Prior experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Client Services
- Strong understanding of workers compensation schemes in Victoria, trends, market developments, pricing strategies, and service offerings.
- Self-motivation and resilience combined with a track history of achieving sales targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Exceptional and proactive client relationship management capabilities, which include attracting, retaining, and growing clients
- Perm Full-time Hybrid role (1-2 days in the office)
- Annual compensation of up to $160K pkg + 15% commission
