Business Development & Recruitment Manager

These sectors include but are not limited to Engineering, Mining, Logistics, Construction, Defence, Ship Building, Renewable Energy, Rare Minerals. Providing end-to-end talent acquisition services to all divisions within our clients' companies.
Due to further expansion, we seek a Recruitment & Business Development Manager to join our established, dedicated team based in Cockburn, Perth, WA.
We seek a personable, dedicated leader, promoter, and innovator, who wishes to lead by example adding value to all stakeholders internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop client relationships (both current and prospective)
- Current account management, support to clients, revenue growth and stabilisation to all key accounts.
- Working to develop new targeted Business Development
- Hiring, coaching and leading team members
- Commitment to staff, inc mentoring and objectives support.
- Playing a key role in the leadership team and helping to set the standard within the office.
- Rates, Terms and Conditions negotiations
- Client Compliance E.g. Awards, EBA’s, OHS & Inductions
- Client Credit checks & Risk evaluations
- Client site visits
- Systems compliance – Management of staff workflows, documentation compliance
- Team leadership of candidate management process compliance and conduct
The successful candidate will have:
- Ability to influence and build trusting relationships.
- Trade skills or tertiary education required.
- Strong presentation, communication, and report-writing skills
- Show a professional and welcoming approach.
- Have ESG (Environmental, social, and corporate governance) knowledge.
- A background in industries such as Crane works, Mining, Engineering, Mining Manufacturing, Construction, Site Services, Shutdowns, Logistics, and Renewable Projects with experience in pricing, awards, EBA's & tenders.
- Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing team player who can work with our team to drive success.
- Is proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
