Period of AppointmentAppointment to the role is on a permanent basis (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight).
Duties- As part of a Team effectively undertake a range of administrative tasks including (but not limited to) the accurate and timely processing of:
- Client Enquiries and requests (email, letters and telephone)
- Stage 1 Medicals (assessment medical forms, prepare template letters and monitor medical resubmits)
- Refunds
- Written-Off Vehicle Reports
- Vehicle Disposals
- Licence Retakes
- BDM, CUS reports and returned mail
- Transactions relation to Registration Plates (personalised plates and plates for disposal)
- Incoming daily mail and record management
- Access, interpret and update a range of information on the Motor Registry System in an accurate and timely manner in-line with established practices and procedures.
- Assess and action a range of registration and licensing payments received by Registration and Licensing Services, including follow-up and liaise with clients and external stakeholders to achieve satisfactory and timely outcomes.
- Undertake a range of other administrative support functions for Registration and Licensing Services including mail sorting/opening, daily preparing branch Australia Post mail for collection and posting.
- Provide advice to clients and other stakeholders in an appropriate and client focussed manner.
