Business Ict Support Level 4

We are seeking for an experienced Business ICT Support who will be responsible for ICT project iterative/agile coordination and performing the duties of Scrum Master and tracks activities against the project schedule and managing stakeholder involvement as needed

Major Responsibilities:

• Record lessons learnt
• Develop/update SOPs
• Define, document and carry out small projects or sub-projects
• Identify, assess and manage risks
• Capture feedback/ system change/ technical requirements
• Facilitate Defence Digital Group (DDG) engagement as required
• Knowledge transfer to internal staff

Location: Canberra, ACT

Contract terms: 6 Months with 1x6 Months extension

SFIA level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level 4

Security Requirements. Must have Baseline or Above Security Clearance.
