A fantastic opportunity at nbn, Australia’s largest infrastructure project, as the Business Implementation & Enablement Lead, reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Implementation & Enablement, where you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, enabling and embedding change that strives to deliver improvements aligned to the capability pillar.
A bit about your role
In your new role as the Business Implementation & Enablement Lead you will have the opportunity to work with multiple business units mainly NES, Procurement, Finance, SEO. You will have exposure across a major program of work with multiple streams, delivering change to our customers and frontline teams.
You will be required to collaborate with Senior Management, working closely with a broad range of individuals and teams across the organisation to deliver, enable and embed change that results in improved operational capability and understand the broader context and outcomes expected in the Program to develop and implement the overall Change & Enablement plan.
As the Business Implementation & Enablement Lead, you will be accountable for managing the overall Change, Engagement & Implementation program scope and apply appropriate change management and decision making across potential changes.
Finally, you will be responsible for providing communication development support to each of the workstreams and projects. This will be required to underpin the Master Change Plan and ensure the smooth implementation of all the changes within the ecosystem.
You’ll be a member of a collaborative team, where you will contribute to, positively support and be part of a high-performance team culture to successfully deliver on the nbn and team purpose, strategy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
A bit about you
To be successful in this role, you will industry experience in an operations centre environment with experience in E2E management of large business improvement, operational transformation programs or projects and the proven ability to work with and manage EGM (Executive General Managers), General Managers, internal and external stakeholders .
This role will also require experience developing Enablement Plans and working within an agile framework and experience developing complex Change Management plans embedded within program of works. You will also have experience in working with external and internal customers to collect, assemble, prioritise, and deliver change activities with a strong knowledge of ADKAR principles and best practice ways of implementation within complex programs.
The ideal candidate will have the confidence to act with a high degree of autonomy and under pressure, engage with internal and external stakeholders across a broad spectrum of Business units and ability to present to audiences confidently and professionally. You will be highly organised, with excellent communication skills, adaptable and will thrive in an atmosphere of change.
