- As part of our Go to Market team, you will work as part of a global Enablement team to create and deliver ongoing product and skill enablement for both new and tenured employees
- You'll own APAC's onboarding program and deliver a new starter bootcamp aimed at reducing our Sales & Success ramp time
- You'll partner with our Global product and product marketing teams to create and deliver new feature learning workshops and implementations
- You will develop and deliver industry enablement sessions for the GTM function
- You'll become an expert at using SC Training, SafetyCulture's mobile first Training solution, for microlearning and ondemand learning
- Demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders to take concepts and turn them into measurable training content
- Strong communicator with solid project management skills
- Able to plan and execute strategy based on a data driven, analytical approach
- Passionate about helping people learn and grow
- Experience in a Saas Sales/Customer Success role
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Ability to build rapport with employees in global regions
- Ability to translate complex concepts into simple frameworks, adapting to the learning styles of those you work with
- Experience delivering onsite/online and 1:1/1:m trainings
- Knowledge of sales tools and frameworks like Winning by Design and MEDDICC
- History of high sales or business development performance
- Experience delivering leadership training (Ex- Effective coaching)
