What You Will Be Working On

As a Business Improvement Officer, you’ll be key to refining our processes, making our services more efficient, and ensuring we’re always improving. You’ll manage projects that bridge gaps and enhance how we serve our city, working closely with different teams and stakeholders.

  • You’re a professional in quality management and process mapping, ready to take on the challenge of developing and leading the implementation of our Quality Management System.
  • Your collaboration skills are comprehensive, allowing you to work effectively across different teams and with various stakeholders.
  • Your analytical skill enables you to pinpoint efficiencies and make decisions based on solid data.
