AddressWe are seeking an experienced Business Improvement Specialist for an initial 6-month contract. You will be involved in the implementation of the business process management, utilising the ARIS system. You will play a crucial role in operationalizing and developing rollout plans, establishing the process governance council, and providing training.
To be successful in the role, you will have
- Demonstrated experience in business process mapping in BPMN.
- Experience working on ARIS/Signavio enterprise architecture platform.
- Experience in designing and delivering documentation and learning modules
- Experience setting up process governance structure
- Ability to conduct business process training and conducting current state workshops.
- Ability to undertake process level workshops to convert existing process maps to updated BPMN process flows.
- Experience creating and setting up BPM operating model.
- Should possess excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
