Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the communications strategy.
- Evaluate and report on communication and training needs throughout the project lifecycle according to the communication management plan.
- Develop and execute training programs to ensure users are proficient with the new software and processes.
- Contribute to program governance and management, including scheduling, risk management, resourcing, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Technology.
- 5+ years’ experience in leading large-scale and complex transformational change within technology-centric programs.
- Proven ability to implement change management strategies in multi-site, multi-geography, and multi-cultural environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and proficiency in tools like Confluence and JIRA.
- High-level computer skills in ERP systems.
- Have worked in a global business previously (desired)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong analytical capabilities.
