Job description

The Role:

The Business Improvements Specialist – Sales is responsible for the day-to-day Sales team regarding training and onboarding of new Property Consultants, and ensuring that our Sales team is operating at the highest standard and providing the highest level of Customer Service.

Our Sales Management Team have the overall responsibility for the training, development, and success of our Sales department. They focus on Business Improvements in terms of process, systems, and efficiencies, as well as the personal growth of our Sales agents and Team Managers / PA’s.

In this specialist role, you will be responsible for:

  • Training and Onboarding of Property Consultants
  • Ongoing deal support and coaching
  • Management of the Harris sales cadet program
  • Collaborating with the rest of Sales Management to provide outstanding customer service internally, and ensuring the continual growth of the Sales team
  • Reviewing Sales systems and processes and innovating in this space

The candidate:

We looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the Real Estate industry, either in a Sales role or a support role
  • Knowledge of real estate processes from listing through to settlement, as well as knowledge of the legal compliance side of the Sales process
  • A customer service mindset, and a passion for people development and training
  • Experience with Sales systems such Agentbox, RP Data, Salis, and other systems such as Airtable, Docusign, Trello
  • A current real estate licence is preferred but not essential
