About The Role
The role of the Business Information Manager is to support the Customer Services Management Team and work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure effective identification and resolution of operational trends and issues, and identification of improvement opportunities for further development.
Reporting into the Governance & Strategy Manager and leading a small team, you will be require to utilized key data and information to help determine future business changes and requirements needed for continuous improvement on all facets of our business. It will be critical in building cross functional relationships to gain better understanding of business intelligence and therefore enable enhancements of Customer Services strategies and initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform ongoing analysis of current operational data and key metrics to determine trends in performance, call volumes and customer trends
- Perform root cause analysis of data to identify key improvement opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Work with the CS Operations Manager to present analysis to inform the improvement agenda
- Assist with key operational and strategic initiatives identified in the Customer Services business plan as required
- Lead and develop Reporting Team ensuring all reporting needs are maintained at the highest level
About You
What You Will Bring To The Table
- Experience in leading a team and driving high performance
- Experience with in a reporting role with a high level of competency with Power BI
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience working within SAP/BW environment
- High level of competency with Microsoft Access
- SQL
