Job Description
How will you value-add?
Assist with collating information from the Vialto Global network offices around entry and visa requirements to add to our knowledge base;
Assist with queries relating to business travel and remote work drawing from our knowledge base;
Assist with the collation and preparation of various reports to deliver to clients;
Collaborate with Vialto Global network offices to ensure internal databases are up-to-date;
Collaborate with Vialto Global network offices to find ways of improving our service offerings;
Undertake research and assist with advisory work;
Foster strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
Engage in discussions and workshops around improving efficiencies and finding tech solutions to solving problems;
Assist with training and coaching of our service delivery centers; and
Adhere to Key Performance Indicators and ensure professional delivery of services.
The annual salary range for this role is AUD$65,000 to $85,000.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications or relevant work experience in lieu;
Client facing - very good interpersonal and communication skills needed;
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment;
Critical thinker and problem solver;
Strong organisational skills;
Commitment to teamwork and excellence; and
Possess excellent written and spoken English.
Summary of role requirements:
