Job Expectations
We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Business Innovation Manager. This role will report to the Executive Manager, Field Digital Strategy & Innovation.
A bit about your role
The Business Innovation Manager’s purpose is to design, develop, and implement business systems. This can include automation, integrations, learning models, custom tools, and orkflow to meet business requirements and drive efficiencies in cost, productivity, cycle time, waste reduction, and SLA performance.
This is an opportunity to take on an end-to-end view of solution delivery. It will include cross-pillar processes and implementing efficient low-maintenance solutions.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will bring software development and system integration experience within a project environment.
This role will require you to leverage your skills in Microsoft, Field Service, and Project Management Products and Platforms as you develop innovative solutions to drive business success.
Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and analytical skills are essential.
