Your expertise in analyzing, documenting, and communicating integration requirements will be essential. What you will be responsible for:
- Analysing, documenting, optimising, and validating the current and future state of business processes across various business and industries
- Collaborating with end users, and stakeholders to identify gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Working with our technical team to ensure architecture aligns with the business requirements
- Liaising with the customer when process clarification or alteration may be required during the project.

- Experience in modelling and documenting business processes using techniques such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)

- Ability to facilitate change and manage resistance within the organisation by communicating the benefits of proposed changes and addressing concerns
