We are seeking Business Intelligence Support Officer to assist with driving BI initiatives across our organisation. Autoleagues unique environment means that this is not a typical role - you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to the success of a range of significant and exciting projects with access to training and mentoring from experienced professionals.
You will be working as part of the BI team and will be responsible for responding to enquiries from internal stakeholders, providing day to day technical support as well as developing resources and conducting training.
This is a rare opportunity for an enthusiastic self-starter with a methodical approach to problem solving and a passion for providing exceptional customer service to join the team!
YOU:
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong internal/external stakeholder relationships
- The ability to work as a self-directed member of a team
- Strong analytical, diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Willing to travel between locations as required (within Perth Metro area)
- Experience with Power BI and SQL is preferred
- Vocational or tertiary qualification is highly regarded
- WA Drivers Licence is essential
