This unique role is designed for someone who not only guides their team but also actively participates alongside them, ensuring operational success and client satisfaction.
Role Highlights:
- Direct Leadership & Team Collaboration: This role is for leaders who lead by example, working directly with their team on all fronts, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
- Client Relationship Management: You will be pivotal in building enduring client relationships, ensuring their needs are always a priority.
- Operational & Event Excellence: Oversee and participate in the logistics and execution of events, driving sales and operational efficiency with your team.
What We're Seeking:
- A dynamic leader with a track record in operations, logistics, or event management.
- Someone who is hands-on and enjoys working closely with their team to meet operational objectives.
- Strong time management and customer service capabilities.
- Previous experience in event hire equipment setup is an advantage.
- Experience in rostering and team coordination.
- Excellent customer service focus.
- Mostly Monday to Friday (Some special events require weekend availability).
- Experience reviewing and managing quotes.
