About the role
This position is responsible for the provision and delivery of security services to customers within a portfolio of clients. The successful applicant will develop strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure existing and future customer requirements are met. The Business Manager will:
Lead, coach, manage and develop large teams across multiple sites
- Manage and review labour costs, including analysis of rostering, training and leave efficiencies, operational systems and processes and procedures to support business objectives
- Collect, collate and interpret data and compile reports for senior management
- Manage client expectations through the delivery of Key Performance Indicators, responsiveness and innovation
- Contribute to the revenue growth within the business.
Skills & experience
- Experience leading and managing medium to large geographically dispersed teams
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Well-developed communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people
- Strong business acumen with competence in budgeting, costings and/or involvement in tenders
- Prior experience in the security industry or similar.
