We are expanding and on the hunt for a second Business Development Manager to support the growth of our Property Management portfolio.

What does a day in the life of our Business Development Manager look like?

• Proactively prospect and market for new property management clients and for new business opportunities 
• Nurture existing client relationships while actively seeking out new ones.
• Provide comprehensive market analysis and property appraisals to stakeholders.
• Create and deliver effective proposal presentations, prospecting plans, networking strategies and action plans 
• Collaborate closely with our sales and property management teams.
• Maintain regular communication with our extensive database of clients and listings.
• Craft compelling property advertisements and work with our photographers to capture stunning property photos.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities within the sales and PM department.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Previous exposure to Property Management or Real Estate sales is advantageous.
• Preferably, hold a current ACT Class 2 License or at a minimum ACT Assistant Agent registration
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
