My client is seeking a hands-on, experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic and welcoming team in Brisbane. Someone willing to face many challenges throughout the business lifecycle, from overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring tax compliance to navigating a competitive market and devising exit strategies.

Your pivotal responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and assist with compliance with related party loans, tax planning, and structuring advice.
- Oversees tax compliance and governance frameworks for substantial client groups, including sizeable trusts.
- Assist clients in undertaking transactions.
- Provide advice on business structuring and tax due diligence.
- Address tax issues affecting cross-border investments and structures.
- Assist with revenue office submissions, reviews, and audits.
- Provide tax advisory and support to the team and other professionals, including members of the affinity network.
- Contribute to the learning and development of our graduates and associates as one of Australia's leading graduate employers, providing technical training sessions and mentoring other team members as required.
To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and attributes:
- Qualifications in relevant disciplines such as Business, Accounting, Finance, or other related professional or overseas qualifications.
- Substantial and pertinent experience within a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to develop and present technical advice to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and written and oral communication skills, focusing on cultivating robust client relationships.
- A readiness and capability to offer coaching and mentorship to less experienced team members.
