Target Business Services Location: Unit 20 , 9 Hudson Avenue, Castle Hill NSW 2154 Salary: $98,000 plus 11% superannuation Our client, Star Phones Australia Pty Ltd. T/A Star Phones operates mobile Phone repair and retail store under the brand of Star Phones Australia at various locations in NSW, QLD and Victoria.
The client is looking for a highly motivated full time Corporate Services Manager to develop and execute business development growth strategies that focus on innovation, budgets, and customer satisfaction. The position requires flexibility and the ability to work collaboratively and strategically with key stakeholders to achieve quality outcomes. Relationship management, including human resources, auditing and marketing will be the key responsibilities to achieve strategic goals.
This position is responsible for leading, and overseeing the finance function/system and leading, coordinating and overseeing corporate systems within Star Phones. Working closely with the Director, you will drive systems improvement, performance, and strategy across the various departments. Minimum Requirements: Relevant tertiary degree qualification in business or related discipline
At least three years’ proven experience and success in a similar management role In this role your main responsibilities include:
Develop and implement administrative, financial and operational procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the business
Identify and lead new initiatives to optimise growth and efficiency
Lead, manage and develop staff to ensure smooth business operations and the provision of accurate and timely information
Provide strategic advice and support to the Director on a range of operational and complex matters
Provide information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets
Develop a data driven performance framework, supported by transparent KPI’s, performance reporting and risk management
Create and maintain a continuous improvement culture in order to deliver internal excellence
Analyze complex resource management issues and initiatives that affect the business
Embrace the organisation’s mission, values and future directions
Demonstrate daily discipline though effective management of own time, meeting performance expectations and personal deadlines
Review and resolve complex resource management issues, provide and prepare reports where appropriate to support operations
The key skills and experience will include:
Expertise in the design, operation and maintenance of the range of corporate support systems
Demonstrated track record in leadership, staff management, coordination and the provision of high-level advice
Highly developed critical, analytical and organising skills
Exceptional people skills - managing people and teams to deliver quality results, developing and maintaining internal and external relationships for success
Proven experience in successfully identifying and delivering activities to improve business performance
