Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll manage multiple direct-to-consumer categories, driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and creating compelling marketing strategies that resonate with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to maximise brand visibility and consumer engagement across multiple direct-to-consumer categories.
  • Oversee the creation and management of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Create and manage digital marketing materials, including case studies, references, promotional content, and e-commerce product descriptions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer behaviours, leveraging insights to drive marketing strategies.
  • Utilise web analytics tools to monitor and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
  • Implement and optimise A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Lead and influence internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Manage projects including new products, customer-specific activities, and overall segment performance.
  • Track, analyse, and report key performance metrics, including campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Assist in the compilation of reports and the annual marketing budget.
  • Make data-driven decisions using report metrics to inform marketing strategies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior consumer marketing role, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Strong background in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Proven track record of enhancing brand visibility and conversion rates through effective digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.

  • Ability to manage stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Degree qualified in marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being inclusive of broader business needs and requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
