As the Business Manager at Fox in a Box, you'll be the mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring every aspect of our operations aligns seamlessly for success. Strategising for Success:
Develop and execute business strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Lead by example, inspiring your team to create memorable moments for our customers.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee online booking systems, managing both portal and direct inquiries.
Continuously collaborate with the team to ensure flawless execution of escape adventures.
Manage all physical aspects of the location as they relate to aesthetics and maintain an overall professional environment.
Team Leadership:
Interview and select team members who will best contribute to the location and represent the brand.
Motivate and lead a team of Games Masters, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
Provide guidance to enhance the overall customer experience and meet business objectives.
Performance Metrics:
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, to drive profitability against budgets.
Implement improvements based on data insights to continually enhance operations.
