Our client specializes in fit-Out and Refurbishment, across commercial workplaces, hotels, government, and hospitality. They are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager that has managed projects of $10m+

The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who is self-sufficient and can work autonomously. You will be entrusted to manage and deliver high value projects for some of their key clients.
Duties will include:
- Managing projects from start to finish
- Monitoring project progress and adapting work as necessary.
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- Conducting site meetings.
- A minimum of 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Experience managing projects valued $10 million +
- Strong knowledge of systems and processes
- Ideally experience with Procore
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
