Metro South Finance are looking for a Business Manager to join their team to partner with facility and operational leadership groups to provide a high-quality business management function that encompasses Budget management, Performance reporting and analysis, Operational planning and Business case development and funding assessments that effectively contributes to organisational long term financial sustainability.

About the Role
• Co-ordinate and manage the development of each Metro South (MS) wide service in relation to Business Planning including the negotiation of the incorporated budget with the relevant divisional managers.
• Prepare accurate, insightful, and timely performance reports in a monthly cycle that facilitate effective decision making by key stakeholders and enhances the continuous financial improvement of MS Wide Services.
• Actively participate in regular performance review meetings with facility and cost centre management.
• Support facility budget cycle tasks, cost centre budgets, and maintain budget working papers and reports within prescribed Metro South Health Budget Guidelines and timeframes.
