You will be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders across the organisation, providing pertinent and meaningful reporting and information on your schools.The successful candidate will be accountable for:Partnering with the School leadership team to ensure the effective functioning of the SchoolManaging the day to day business, financial and administrative functions of the School and working with CSPD/CEO functional units to ensure smooth daily operationsCoordinating the effective management of school non-teaching human resources to support the learning agendaEnsuring up-keep and improvement of physical assets such as buildings, plant, ICT and equipment, (including maintaining asset registers). Enabling uninterrupted use of equipment/facilities which are fit for purposeCoordinating the preparation and monitoring of operating (opex) and capital (capex) budgets. Reporting actual results at least monthly to school leadership team and CEO FinanceManaging the collection of school fee debts, working closely with the central office collection unit (SFLU) in the application of PolicyEnsuring the school's compliance with CSPD system Policies & Procedures such as governance, finance, procurement, P&C, WHS, including satisfying internal and external audit requirementsDevelopment of School community relations ensuring the reputation and standing of the school is maintained and enhancedThe BenefitsThere are so many great things that CSPD has to offer!
