About the Role
As the Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the operational and financial aspects of the new High School. Responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic advice, analysis, and planning support to the Principal and Executive Management team across financial planning, budgeting, human resource management, and facility and asset management.
- Managing the school's strategic operations to ensure professionalism and alignment with departmental priorities.
- Leading the delivery of comprehensive corporate services, collaborating with the Principal to direct and manage operational resources in line with school objectives.
- As the foundation Business Manager of the New State school in Collingwood Park, you will be vital in establishing school systems and processes, ensuring the school is ready to commence operation in Term 1, 2025.
- Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in addressing significant issues and shaping the new school's strategic direction.
