The position is primarily responsible for customer and staff management, whilst ensuring all services provided to our clients are delivered in direct alignment to contractual and legal requirements.
In this fast-paced and exciting role, you will use your contract management, analytical and interpersonal skills to deliver security services to new and existing clients. As the Business Manager, you will be promote and maintain strong business relationships, monitor and measure contractual performance and lead security teams across a portfolio of clients.
Additional duties include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain business goals, plans, and strategies through analysing data, reporting, and identifying individual client needs.
- Identify and converting revenue growth opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Read, write, and interpret a range of documents, including quotations, proposals, contracts, agreements, and tenders.
- Read and interpret policies and procedures, code of conduct, industrial relations laws and Awards.
- Lead, coach and develop large teams across multiple sites.
Skills & Experience
- Prior industry experience
- Extensive experience managing large numbers of people
- Business development experience
- Previous experience dealing with Industrial Relations and Industry Awards / Agreements
- Proven experience dealing with client contracts and or tender submissions
Qualifications
- Current Security licence or ability to obtain
- Current drivers licence
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications are advantageous but not essential
