Victoria East is a full-time permanent opportunity, and Victoria West is a 12-month secondment. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for the promotion and continued growth of our Severe Asthma Biologic, ensuring positive outcomes for both patients and the business. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Business Manager will be responsible for generating clinical demand within key accounts, navigating complex clinical environments and partnering with key stakeholders to transform severe asthma care.What you’ll doIdentify opportunities and strategies to improve understanding and acceptance of our product at a territory, state and national level.Build knowledge and understanding about AZ's overall Respiratory value proposition, and the product’s labelled indications, efficacy, and safety data among all relevant stakeholders.Build long-term relationships with all key stakeholders through your knowledge and passion for the positive impacts these products have on patients’ health.Work as part of a collaborative team to optimise business impact, and work cross-functionally to achieve targets.Develop and implement effective business plans, analysing sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business outcomes.Complete administrative requirements and working within a set promotional budget accurately and within a timely manner.Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territoryTo be successful in this role you will haveBusiness Manager or Key Account Manager sales experience with a solid knowledge and execution of key account managementUnderstanding of the respiratory therapy area and market would be ideal.Experience with biologics and/or Section 100 restricted products will be highly regarded.Proven track record in influencing the stakeholder decision-making process in an ecosystem with multiple influential players/decision makers.Demonstrated ability of building successful relationships within complex cross functional teamsBusiness and/or Science related tertiary qualifications are preferred not essential.Why AstraZenecaAstraZeneca in Australia has been formally recognised as an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).
