Seeking Legend Sales Rep to join our Team!
Masterwall are a well-established Building company working with some of Australia’s largest Builders in the Sydney housing market, we specialise in the Supply and installation of high performance exterior insulation, render and coating systems for both residential and commercial builders nationally.
We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager/Sales Representative to join our team. You will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience and have a strong network in the Sydney construction industry.
Whilst this role is based in our Kings Park office, you will have the freedom to explore regional & national sales opportunities as they are presented.
Skills & Experience:
- In depth knowledge of the Sydney residential construction market
- Previous experience in render/texture materials and/or external cladding systems is desirable
- Proven ability to convert prospects into sales, presenting and selling
- The ability to build strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Reliable and Highly motivated self-starter with a growth mindset
- Able to create attractive proposals in Powerpoint, Word and/or Excel as required
- Previous experience using an online CRM System to manage their Sales Portfolio
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPI’s
- Confident and engaging communication and negotiation skills – both written and verbal
- Methodical and organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and grooming
- Must be a team player, able to work well within our team and liaise with the back office and support staff.
