Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Business Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our business, including HR, accounts, client liaison, guest relations, logistics, staff management, accounting, ordering, supplies, and technology.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle HR functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate logistics related to property management, including maintenance, cleaning, and inspections.
- Utilize technology to streamline processes and enhance the guest experience.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
- Educational experience in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in business management, preferably within the hospitality or property management industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and experience in staff management.
- Proficiency in accounting principles and experience with financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client and guest satisfaction.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with technology and software systems used in property management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work schedules.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
