We are currently seeking a talented professional to join us in the position of Business Operations Manager at our ISS Office in Adelaide, to be employed on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the National General Manager of Operations, Specialised Services, this role will drive and optimize performance in contracts in state deploying ISS global standard processes and concepts, while identifying and leveraging innovative initiatives and best practices across accounts to achieve year-on-year growth targets. You will ensure customer satisfaction, facilitate improved growth, profit and retention and foster a culture of diversity and excellence in people, by inserting the P&C blueprint with a pipeline of high performing Customer Service Managers that support in maintaining ISS as an industry leader.
The Position:
Achievement of budget and oversight on P&L across State
Driving the achievement of the year-on-year sales target
Train and motivate your workforce in line with the People & Culture blueprint
Secure right planning and delivery of hours to all contracts
Develop a pipeline of talent that supports our growth targets
Minimum Criteria:
Experience leading a diverse team of Customer Service Managers
Service management experience with demonstrated ability to find efficiencies that support margin growth
Service and customer oriented, with commercial mindset to grow service-related revenue
Project management, change management and communication experience
A self-starter, able to work on their own initiative and drive results
Enthusiasm for the need for sustainable operations
Good communication and presentation skills, good motivator
