About the Role
As the Business Optimisation Coordinator, you will work collaboratively within the Business Optimisation team to provide systems and operational support across the firm. You will be required to use initiative and manage multiple tasks, prioritising to meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. You will have the ability to work collaboratively with different teams within a professional office environment.
Some key tasks will include:
- Identify critical improvement & efficiency opportunities
- Support the design and delivery of organisational improvement initiatives and processes
- Create and maintain documentation including flow charts, business processes, and training materials
- Liaise with software providers to identify process improvement opportunities
- Utilise Microsoft Forms surveys for data collection and analysis
- Maintain Policies and Procedures Hub documentation in SharePoint
- Coordinate and support projects in collaboration with relevant leaders
- 1-2+ years’ experience in a client service focused position, ideally within a professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Forms) and SharePoint
- Experience with a range of systems and software
- Ability to anticipate issues, problem solve and provide solutions
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and continuous improvement
- Ability to identify improvement and change initiatives
- Interpersonal skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Experience working effectively under pressure with competing priorities and deadlines
