Business Performance Analyst

Aquatic Leisure Technologies is Western Australia’s leading fibreglass swimming pool manufacturer and has been a WA owned and operated family company for over 48 years.

The Business Performance Analyst role is primarily responsible for the management and reporting of key performance metrics within the operating environment of the domestic and international business. The role will also assist in the review and analysis of improvement initiatives to enable the successful delivery of strategic operational objectives that improve the financial and operational performance of the business.

The successful candidate will report to the Business Manager of Finance based in our Jandakot Head Office. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain a suite of dynamic reports and dashboards using Accounting systems, showcasing key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and operational trends.
• Transform raw data to provide insights, reports, visualisations, and forecasts.
• Assist with forecasting and financial modelling
• Provide a credible operational and financial check on business cases modelled
• Work closely with the internal clients to define what would add value to existing reports.
• Market and industry analysis as required
• Critically evaluating and screening data, and profiling to identify issues.
• Supporting the internal risk reporting, including collation of outstanding matters. assessment as required
• Supporting forward looking finance activities including budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and exercise discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters
• 2 years’ experience as Reporting /Data Analyst,
• Strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
