WE’RE LOOKING FOR A PROCESS AND IMPROVEMENT ANALYST
We’re looking for a permanent, full-time Process and Improvement Analyst to join our tight-knit Manly based team. In this role, you’ll apply your 3PL experience and passion for problem solving and continuous improvement to a combination of ERP process review and 3PL implementation responsibilities.

WHAT’S THE ROLE? Working closely with our Supply Chain Manager, you will take accountability for ERP Process Improvement, EDI Implementation, New Software Integration that enhance our ability of meeting
targets related to Forecast Accuracy, DIFOT, Inventory Days, Service Levels and SLOB / short-code inventory. With a focus on these outcomes, you’ll take responsibility for things like:
● Collaborating with the sales team to ensure demand planning software integrates with our ERP software with a focus on ensuring supply meets demand, eliminating bias and improving forecast accuracy via fact-based insights.
● ERP process improvement delivers an outcome that controls our inventory, considering both shelf life and costs like storage/transport, and service levels of both ingredients and finished products.
● Collaborating with Sales in improving efficiencies by creating and reviewing forecast processes.
● Collaborating with External Partners to improve procedures that eliminate errors and improve quality outcomes that alleviate congestion that delivers Just in Time production schedules whilst monitoring planned versus actual production.
● Managing warehousing and distribution processes for finished products, including logistics.
● Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and production to ensure consistent order confirmations and delivery times.
● Creating updates & reports for both internal & external stakeholders that include root cause analysis/insights on process improvement across the supply chain.

For this role in particular, we’ll be reaching out for a conversation if you have:
● 3+ years experience in FMCG warehousing and distribution
● Bachelor’s degree
● Plenty of experience building and managing models with Excel / Google Sheets
● Experience with Cin7, plus exposure to NetStock is desirable but not a requirement.
● Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence people to achieve outcomes
