About the Role:

The Logan Hospital, Patient Flow Program is an enabling service encompassing the Bed Management Unit, Transit Care Hub, and Transfer Team Service, optimising patient flow and access and providing access analytics.

 As the Business Practice Improvement Officer role you will:

  • assist in optomising of patient flow through data analytics.
  • standardise workflows and reporting functions specific to patient flow and access areas.
  • provide expertise, coordination, and education to enhance organisational, staff and patient outcomes.
  • operationalise the Patient Flow Business Practice Improvement Work-plans to achieve the KPI's.
  • support the delivery of high-quality healthcare and continuous improvement services.
