- Attend Quality Department meetings as requested by the Quality Manager
- Stay updated on Education & Care legislation, food safety regulations, and building codes
- Maintain accurate records and manage electronic documentation
- Prepare internal communications regarding regulatory changes
- Assess and process applications for compliance
- Ensure timely payment of fees for licenses and audits
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and government agencies
- Coordinate with regulators for service approvals and Compliance Support
- Respond to correspondence from regulatory authorities within specified timeframes
- Support team members within the quality department
- Communicate regulatory requirements and expectations clearly to internal stakeholders
- Provide guidance to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Review designs and plans to ensure compliance with standards
- Assist in conducting internal audits and implementing corrective actions
- Mentor and develop the knowledge of centre teams and other business units.
