How will I help?As a Business Premium Banker, you will have the unique opportunity to engage directly with business customers, developing a deep understanding of their individual needs, challenges, and aspirations. Through meaningful and needs-based conversations, you will uncover opportunities to tailor financial solutions that align with their specific goals and objectives.As a Business Premium Banker, you play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success. In this dynamic and results-driven position, you will specialise in offering customised financial solutions, with a primary focus on short-term lending products like Business Credit Cards.More specifically, you will be:

• Receiving inbound calls from business owners looking to purchase specific products
• Find opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional banking products
• Helping understanding customer's needs, to connect them to suitable business banking products, including business accounts and payment facilities
• Responding to customers over email and processing customer information in our systems
• Ideally already have experience in lending with a strong growth mindset

To be successful in this role, you'll be required to work across our operating hours Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.What do I need?We are looking for customer service superstars, who are passionate about connecting customer needs to suitable products and services that benefit them. • Solid background in customer service and/or sales
• Lending experience
• Clear communication skills and resilience to take a high number of calls
• Strong attention to detail, including written skills
• Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems
