- Receiving inbound calls from business owners looking to purchase specific products
- Find opportunities to upsell and cross sell additional banking products
- Helping understanding customer's needs, to connect them to suitable business banking products, including business accounts and payment facilities
- Responding to customers over email and processing customer information in our systems
- Ideally already have experience in lending with a strong growth mindset
- Solid background in customer service and/or sales
- Lending experience
- Clear communication skills and resilience to take a high number of calls
- Strong attention to detail, including written skills
- Strong computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems
