Clicks IT Recruitment is currently working with a national organisation that plays a vital role in the safety of millions of Australians every day.
They have recently launched a new program of work aimed at upgrading a number of their business systems to SAP S4/Hana.
As such, they are looking for MULTIPLEBusiness Process Analyststo join their program team on a 6-month contract, based in Eagle Farm.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Functional Lead in undertaking business design and process optimisation.
- Play a role in the delivery of business design documents and process maps.
- Run Business Process/design workshops to ensure Business Process/design activities and decisions are aligned to and support the program integrated plan.
- Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to guide, alert, negotiate and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision for the program.
- Work within a large Program environment to manage multiple stakeholders and negotiate common goals.
Key Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within medium-large organisations within ICT transition projects.
- Experience in Business Process design, modelling, mapping and documentation.
- Experience working within SAP project delivery projects is essential.
- SAP S4/Hana is highly regarded
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with frameworks such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, PMBOK, PRINCE2, P3M3, Prosci, ITIL and BABOK.
- The capacity and ability to negotiate or communicate on behalf of the program with project teams
On offer is a 6 month contract, offering up to $755 per day, based in Eagle Farm (WFH hybrid mix).
