This 6-month temporary position presents an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills, with the potential for a permanent role. Duties and Responsibilities:Collate day sheets for site employees into Excel rosterMaintain payroll information for approximately 100 employees across multiple entitiesPrepare and review payroll processing for pay runsUpdate payroll records for existing employees, new starters, and terminationsDraft internal and external correspondence reflecting payroll changesPerform onboarding and offboarding tasksResolve payroll inquiries promptly and professionallyMonitor multiple payroll inboxesProvide assistance to other Payroll Officers and the Payroll SupervisorDeliver high-level customer service to internal customersHandle payroll ad hoc requests as required Skills and Responsibilities Minimum 3 years' payroll experiencePrevious experience with cloud-based payroll systems, especially Employment Hero/KeypayUnderstanding of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements, modern awards, and state legislationMeticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentialityHigh level of processing skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport About WorkPacWorkPac is Australia’s largest privately owned workforce services business with over 1.3 million registered candidates.
