You
You will have sold to the real estate or mortgage broking industries in the past. It could be anything from a technology product or a service, and you will have a deep understanding of their industries and the differing needs of our client groups.
You will be energetic, positive, love to solve problems and most of all, you will be customer obsessed.
The Role
Working closely with the marketing and conveyancing team, the Business Relationship Manager will engage with current referral partners to increase the volume and quality of referrals and recruit new referral partners and key accounts to the business.
Based in Melbourne, you will take over our existing accounts and work with them to help improve their service and productivity - in turn referring more clients. You will also be tasked with meeting and converting new referral partner leads provided to you by the senior management team.
This is very much a relationship building role and face to face visits will be the norm.
